What if no one is home when FedEx® delivers?
|

FamilyChef.com have authorized FedEx® to leave your package at the door if no one is home at the time of delivery. The only time they will not, is if the courier does not feel the delivery location is secure or a location is unattended, providing easy public access. (e.g. an apartment building hallway, etc.) Most residential and delivery locations are fine.
However, if you still have a concern about the delivery location, we advise that someone be home to accept delivery or simply leave written instructions for the FedEx® courier. (e.g. "Please leave package with the next-door neighbor, etc.")

Can I place an order and have it shipped to someone else?

When placing an order, the shipping address and billing address appear separately. Shipping Address: will be the address you want us to send the package to. Billing Address: reflects your name, address and credit card information.

Impressive! A single meal weighs between 28-32 ounces each. To put that into relative terms. A standard TV dinner you might get from the grocery store weighs approximately 9-11 ounces. Our meals are nearly 3 times the size and can serve up to 2 people. Of course, that all depends on your eating habits and your appetite.

Family Chef foods are prepared using the highest quality ingredients with no preservatives added. Even though some foods are inherently higher in sodium than others…. sodium or salt is used very sparingly in our kitchen. We believe that it is much easier for you to add salt (to your taste) at the dinner table, than it is to remove salt if you are trying to watch your sodium intake.
